INVENCO Hospitality Services was founded as a Management Advisory Service organization, specializing in the provision of lodging accommodations and event planning for various federal agencies, military services, and other related needs and initiatives. We offer detailed, hands-on assistance to corporate management teams by providing dynamic first hand expertise. INVENCO Hospitality Services will deliver confident management advisory services, between the Hospitality Industry and the various military departments, as well as local state and federal government agencies. INVENCO Senior Housing, LLC was established to fully focus on an Enhanced-Use Lease Initiative with the Department of Veterans Affairs. We have been selected as the Developer in the provision of a full-service, high-quality Assisted Living Facility and Assisted Care Services for the Viera VA Outpatient Clinic in Viera, Florida. INVENCO Senior Housing is organized and staffed to resource the required coordination and collaboration to accomplish financing, design, construction, management, maintenance, operations, and resident care services required by this initiative for the 55-year term. In exchange for this development opportunity, INVENCO Senior Housing will provide the Department of Veterans Affairs with in-kind considerations, priority placement and discounted rates for Veterans.

INVENCO Veterans Services was established to focus on initiatives which accommodate Military Veterans and enhance their quality of life and family well-being. We are currently working with the City of La Feria, Texas to build a Veterans Campus on 23 acres of donated land. The parcel will be improved by the design, financing, construction, operation, maintenance, and management of a Master Planned Veterans Campus. It will be designed, financed, constructed, operated, maintained, managed and owned by INVENCO Veterans Services, LLC, in full collaboration with The City of La Feria and The Department of Veterans Affairs. The Veterans Campus will serve eligible military veterans and their family members, and also non-veterans, on a space available basis. This initiative is being pursued under the Enhanced-Use Lease legislation and creative business practices.

INVENCO Real Estate Services serves as a management consultant and advisory organization. We specialize in the identification, formulation and submission of responses to solicitations for provisions of real estate property services. By providing independent management consulting services and analysis; INVENCO conducts contractual and/or partnership negotiations and collaborates between individual owners, private entities and various federal, defense, state, county and local government agencies that are seeking real estate properties. INVENCO also provides international consultation for agencies and businesses abroad. Our mission is to accommodate all needs and enhance the quality of services and business practices provided by the corporate, federal, defense, state and county agencies and activities to the various segments of the American and world population.
