George L. Barbee, CEO, INVENCO Advisory Services, LLC

ROLE:  Mr. George Barbee is Co-Founder, President and CEO of International Ventures, LLC, dba INVENCO Advisory Services.  He leads a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to the provision of high quality, hands-on consultants focused on military housing privatization initiatives and other DoD related business initiatives.  He promotes the benefits of using a unique teaming approach to the traditional consultant practices.  His secondary focus is concentrated on the management and supervision of formulating winning proposals for the client.

Kristin C. Shumaker, COO, INVENCO Advisory Services, LLC
ROLE:  Ms. Kristin Shumaker is Vice President of International Ventures, LLC, dba INVENCO. She is also Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer for INVENCO Hospitality Services, LLC. She directs a team of seasoned professionals dedicated to providing high quality, hands-on consultants focused on military housing privatization initiatives, DoD related business initiatives and provision of event planning and hospitality services for federal agencies, military services, and private sector entities. She provides management, direction, supervision, and administrative support to the team. Kristin’s other responsibilities include the formulation of collaborative agreements, project management, and coordination with clients. Her other major functions include concentration on the management and supervision of formulating team development and preparation of winning proposals for the client.

David A Barbee, Project Liaison Officer, INVENCO Veterans Services, LLC
ROLE:  Mr. David A. Barbee is the Project Liaison Officer to INVENCO Veterans Services. Mr. Barbee will function to enhance public relations and communications with local leaders, various community and civic groups, and Stakeholders and recommend solutions to political issues. He will also participate in determining benefits and enhancements to veterans and their family members.
